appliance therapy is considered medical treatment, and some medical
insurance companies will pay for this.
For those
with PPO insurance, your treatment may need to be pre-paid by
you. We will assist you in billing insurance, and you are responsible
for any portion that is not covered.
For those
with HMO insurance, there are approvals that need to be secured
in advance, however, upon approval, you will typically pay only
your co-pay amount in advance.
